Summer - The Backyards Edit
With summer quickly approaching we have to appreciate our Minarc backyards. Everywhere from Los Angeles to Iceland, our houses are specially designed for the ideal summer day, year-round. With perfectly placed windows, airflow is one thing you don’t need to worry about to keep you cool on those hot summer days. With that said, floor heating from a natural hydronic system helps keep the home a cozy, warm temperature for those brisk Icelandic nights.
Some of our favorite backyards are featured below. From our Sherbourne residence in Culver City, we see a spacious backyard with a grill perfect for summer bbqs at sunset or pool parties with the kids! Next we have our Mildred residence. With a built in ping pong table, grill, fireplace, AND a beautiful view overlooking the Venice area, this rooftop just screams summer! Another favorite is our nIce house, located in Iceland. The expansive windows bring the nature in with a sophisticated look yet holds the warmth for the Icelandic summer nights.
